Liaison & Execution
We maintain a non-commission policy for services rendered to our clients who retain our management services. The many discounts we are able to receive from local suppliers are always credited to the owners and there is no mark-up on retaining an outside vendors' services on your behalf.
A La Carte Pricing (Flat Rate):
$250 per project
As your yacht managers, Ray & Anna will be fully responsible for clear & concise communication. We will be your liaisons between any independent vendors needed to perform services. Based off of your expressed preferences, we will utilize your preferred vendor, our tried and true vendor(s) and/or research and negotiate the strongest price point for the best value. We execute any actionable steps on your behalf (coordination, logistics, calls, greeting vendors , overseeing their work, and more).
Discounted Rate (Flat Rate):
$200 per project
Discounted rate offered to those subscribed to our Monthly Inspection & Preventative Package (see our services tab > Maintenance Pacakge).
